Nogicle – Terms of Use

Nogicle (“Nogicle,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is the trade name of My Jesus Shop, a family-owned company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 57503712). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nogicle website and services (the “Site” and “Services”).

By accessing or using Nogicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

  • BE ORIGINAL 🎨: Designs should be 100% yours (or something you have permission to use). If you’re unsure, don’t risk it.

  • COLORS 🌈: We do our best to match your artwork colors, but since we print from digital files and photos, exact matches aren’t guaranteed.

  • MARKETING & PROMOTION 📸: By creating a product with us, you give us permission to feature it in our marketing (website, socials, ads). We may share it, but we’re not required to. Others may also share once it’s public.

  • RETURNS 🔄: Since everything is custom, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a printing or quality issue on our side. Contact us within 30 days and we’ll help.

  • GIFT CARDS 🎁: Nogicle gift cards expire 5 years after purchase. If yours is expired, contact us within 30 days and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • AGREEMENT ✅: If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use the Site or Services.

I. Conduct

Nogicle is a space for creativity. To keep it safe and fun, you agree not to submit or use:

a. Content that is abusive, harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
b. Copyrighted material you don’t own or have permission to use.
c. Content with viruses, malware, or anything that disrupts our systems.
d. Content that harms or exploits children in any way.

Nogicle may review and remove content at its sole discretion. You are responsible for any content you submit.

II. No Resale of Service

You agree not to copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Services for commercial purposes without Nogicle’s permission.

III. Copyright

What You License to Nogicle
By submitting designs, you grant Nogicle a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to copy, display, modify, and use your content for the purposes of providing Services and promoting Nogicle.
👉 You still own your artwork.

You confirm that your submissions are your own or that you have permission to use them.

Protection of Content
All materials on Nogicle are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reuse others’ content unless you have rights to do so.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at support@nogicle.com with details of the claim.

IV. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nogicle (operated by My Jesus Shop) and its staff, partners, and suppliers from any claims or costs resulting from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

V. Termination

Nogicle may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Submit harmful or prohibited content

  • Act in a way that disrupts the community or Services

We are not responsible for any loss of content if your account is terminated.

VI. Gift Cards 🎁

  • Gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.

  • They cannot be reloaded, resold, exchanged for cash, or used to buy other gift cards.

  • Lost or stolen cards can only be replaced if you provide proof of purchase.

  • Gift cards may only be used for eligible products on Nogicle.

VII. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
